Comedy Walk Turns Out To Be A Laughing Matter!
Yes, all thirty comics showed at all six venues and each time I poked
my head in as I ran around taking care of last minute details - people
were laughing. And many of these people had never been to our part of
Downtown anytime - much less at night - and they were amazed by the
packed sidewalks along Main Street during Art Walk night.
And considering this was an idea that we decided on... December
29th... that our first Comedy Walk would be on... January 10th.... and
that were unable to lock down our venues until 36 hours before the
event - leaving us for no time to really get any marketing out - the
turnout was amazing on a cold January night.
See you all next month.

Thanks, Brady Westwater, for being the kind of citizen who really
makes a difference.
Imagine what Los Angeles would be like if, say, 80% (instead of maybe
only 8%?) of its people were like you or the handful of other
Angelenos who really care about their community, certainly in a
noticeable, tangible, constructive way.
